Different countries take different policies in response to COVID-19 pandemic, resulting different economic situations. What we care about is, if there’s satisfying compromise between trade lock down and economy recovery. And, how would we deal with the pandemic under the huge population and economy mobility under the background of globalization?

We should talk over about opinions from different perspectives, about policies different governments have taken. And what policies are effective, what are not. A general idea about international emergency response and evaluation mechanism could be listed with some basic criteria.
